Suomi NPP

Greetings, scientists! It’s time for the launch of the Suomi National Polar-Orbiting Partnership (Suomi NPP), a stepping stone to a new generation of satellites called Junior Polar Satellite Systems (JPSS). Its uses include measuring a variety of terrestrial aspects, such as the land, ocean, weather, and atmosphere. It strives to form a climate monitoring system for the United States.
